We felt that there was a shortage of high-quality new homes in our area. Our objective is to fill that void. We don't believe in mass producing houses, but rather making sure that each house is a "home" with its own individual personality just like your family. We build homes that we would want to live in, so we meticulously consider every detail.

Amy earned her MBA with an emphasis in accounting and her BBA in accounting from Sam Houston State University. After graduation, Amy spent a couple of years managing multifamily residential portfolios. In 2003 she decided to enter the residential mortgage arena where she worked her way up from loan processor to underwriter, then loan off

After graduation, Amy spent a couple of years managing multifamily residential portfolios. In 2003 she decided to enter the residential mortgage arena where she worked her way up from loan processor to underwriter, then loan officer and, eventually, branch manager. During this time she has managed some of the nation's largest builder accounts. This experience has helped fuel Amy's desire to jump to the "other side" into this male dominated profession to help give consumers the home building experience they deserve.

Growing up, Ryan was on the job site with his dad and together they have built numerous homes (single family and multi-family). Ryan has worked hands-on in just about every aspect of homebuilding. After attending Texas A&M University, he began working at a national home improvement retailer for 9 years. During this time he worked his way up from Outside Sales to Assistant Store Manager. Next, Ryan managed inventory control at a local industrial supplier where he developed and implemented a proprietary spreadsheet tracker to impact efficiency. Ryan’s hardworking demeanor and eye for detail help make sure that nothing is overlooked.
